Ella Mills
I’m Ella Mills, a climber and 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with over a decade of personal yoga practice and three years of climbing experience. As I started climbing more regularly, I noticed my shoulders becoming tight, limiting my reach and fluidity on the wall. Thanks to my background in yoga, I knew how to implement targeted techniques to open my shoulders, restore mobility, and prevent injuries. Now, I help climbers like you apply these same methods to move more freely, climb with confidence, and keep progressing without frustration.
